Stall Info

Stall Fees

$40 per site, per month

$90 if you book 3 consecutive months

 

Booking Confirmation

You will be notified via email confirmation of your site booking. One week prior to the markets you will be provided a site plan, set up information and booking invoice.

Stall Position

Positions are only secured upon full payment. Failure to pay by the deadline will result in your spot being offered to the next vendor on the reserve list.

Set-up Requirements

Gazebo

All stalls must provide their own 3m x 3m gazebo. A plain white gazebo is preferred. Vendors arriving without one will not be permitted to trade.

Gazebos must be secured with weights (10kg per leg). No pegs, water weights, or sand bags.

 

Display Equipment

Traders need to provide their own display equipment including tables, racks, etc.

 

Rubbish Removal

All traders need to manage the removal of their own rubbish.
